Software and firmware updates improve product features and stability. Install any available updates to keep your product working at its best.
Update your product.
Before you begin:
- If the battery is attached to your product,it needs tohave a charge of30% or more. Once charged to 30%,yourproduct can be updatedon battery power or wall power. Wall power is recommended
Installing the update:
- On a computer, go to btu.bose.comto open the Bose updater
Tip: If you have difficulty with the updater, see Compatibility info for the Bose online product updater. - Review the Bose Updater terms of use, then clickAccept and Continueto get started
- Click Download to download the updater
- Ifprompted, choose Run; otherwise, download the file, open it and install the updater
- Connect a USB cable from the computer to the SERVICE jack on your product
- Click Apply Changes. (Note: If no update is available, the updater shows your product is up to date)
- Once updated, disconnectyour productfromthe computer
