Watertown Bernice Scheiber Harshbarger Finley 1923 — 2024 Bernice "Bernie" Harshbarger Finley, 101, of Watertown, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Bernice Scheiber was born April 24, 1923, in the Town of Emmet, daughter of Walter H. Scheiber and Martha M. (nee Loukota) Scheiber. Bernie married her high school sweetheart, Arlando "Oly" Harshbarger, on June 7, 1941. They shared 25 beautiful years together and four children before his passing on February 27, 1967. She later married Jim W. Finley on August 8, 1978, enjoying many fun years together at their "Get Away" on Fox Lake until his passing on November 1, 1991.
