For all positions like HR Administration Specialist, we offer a paid 6-month internship contract ($80.000 per year) with the intention of permanent employment.

You'll have the opportunity to receive daily training through on-the-job training, work either at one of our offices or fully remote for as long as you wish and be provided with a state-of-the-art MacBook.

Responsibilities:

Within the team, you may be responsible for one or more of the following tasks:

Personnel Documentation Management: Organization and maintenance of sensitive employee documents, including contracts, tax documents, and hiring forms, ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Payroll and Benefits Processing: Calculation and distribution of paychecks, including benefits and deductions, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Recruitment and Hiring Assistance: Support in the selection processes, from posting job vacancies to planning and conducting interviews, to managing job offers.

Absence and Vacation Management: Monitoring employee attendance, managing vacation and leave requests, and updating absence tracking systems.

Employee Assistance: Responding to employee inquiries about benefits, company policies, and other human resources-related issues, providing support and guidance.

Regulatory Compliance Assurance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employee privacy, equal treatment laws, and tax regulations, through the implementation of appropriate company procedures and policies.

Contract and Compensation:

For this position, we offer a 6-month paid internship contract of $80.000 per year, with the goal of permanent employment or apprenticeship.

Salary reviews are scheduled every six months, and your compensation will increase rapidly as you gain experience and translate it into a greater impact for the company.

The expected start date for this internship is: September 2024.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a graduate, even without experience, in in economics, humanities, psychology, HR (Human Resources), political science, law, communication, or related fields. Don't worry if we don't respond immediately; we'll make sure to reach out to you as soon as we open a position that matches your CV.

Selection Process:

CV Screening: The first step involves a review of the curriculum vitae (usually within 20 days of application).

Phone Interview: The second step includes a call with our HR Manager, lasting about 15 minutes.

Video Interview: The final step is a video call with both the HR Manager and your future supervisor, with at least 45 minutes allocated for the interview.
