SPLA Audit Readiness: Top 10 Essentials1️⃣ Daily License Calculation: Implement precise daily SPLA license consumption calculations. You will need dedicated SPLA tools.2️⃣ Change Record Register: Maintain an accurate log of changes, including client onboarding, server and software deployments, configuration changes, BYOL events, and more.3️⃣ Timely SPLA Reporting: Ensure monthly SPLA reports are accurate and submitted on time. Late submissions may be attributed to the wrong month, and then they are unrecoverable.4️⃣ License Verification Management: License Verification Forms are no longer required, but you still need them for the period before October 2022. And if you are a CSP-Hoster, you have new validation requirements.5️⃣ Don't forget End-user License Terms: Include end-user license terms in all client contracts. It's a requirement!6️⃣ Conduct Regular Self-Audits: Implement routine self-audits to proactively identify and address compliance issues.7️⃣ Preserve Historical Data: Keep detailed historical records of SPLA usage and changes.8️⃣ Know Your SPLA Scope: Clearly define and document your SPLA environment's scope and exceptions.9️⃣ Seek Expert Advice: Consult with SPLA experts for complex issues and audit preparation. It's dangerous to walk alone.🔟 Internal Training: Educate your team on SPLA requirements and best practices. And then refresh it every year. Can you add your suggestions to this list?#Technology #Management #Strategy #samexpert

Here's the budget impact of removing Teams from Microsoft 365 worldwide. The first 5 plans in the table are mandatory for all new subscribers. If you had M365 before, you may renew your "with Teams" plan.Business and Frontline plans still offer a choice.EU/EEA have special EU/EEA plans with a very similar impact.#microsoft
